Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 30, 2026
This policy explains what information shopwandery.com collects, why, and what we do with it. The site is run by KaroCommerce LLC, which sells WANDERY products. In this policy, “we” means KaroCommerce LLC. Questions: info@shopwandery.com. Mailing address: KaroCommerce LLC, 1039 Imperial Blvd, Ste 101, Sugar Land, TX 77498.
We don’t sell products on this website. When you click “Buy on Amazon”, you go to Amazon.com, and Amazon’s privacy notice covers what happens there.
The short version
- We measure how people use the site (pages viewed, buttons clicked, how far they scroll) so we can improve it. We don’t collect your name or contact details for this.
- A tool records anonymized sessions (mouse movement, clicks, and scrolling) with the page text hidden. It doesn’t run on our Product Registration or Support pages, or on any page if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
- If you register your gate, we use your details only to contact you about a safety alert or recall. We don’t sell, rent, or share them, and we never use them for marketing.
- If you contact support, we use your message only to reply to you.
1. Product Registration
The Product Registration page collects the model name, model number, manufacture date, your name and mailing address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number and email.
PRODUCT REGISTRATION FOR SAFETY ALERT OR RECALL ONLY. We will use the information provided on the registration page only to contact you if there is a safety alert or recall for this product. We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information.
How it works:
- When you submit the form, your entry goes directly to a private Google Sheet in our company Google account, through a Google Apps Script. Google processes it for us as our service provider.
- We also receive an email at info@shopwandery.com, sent from that Google account, with the registration details you entered. A copy of that email stays in the Sent folder of the same Google account.
- Registration entries are not stored in our website’s database.
- Only KaroCommerce LLC staff can open the sheet.
- We keep registration records for as long as the product is sold and may still be in use. Federal rules for infant and toddler products require at least 6 years after the product’s date of manufacture (16 CFR 1130.8), and we never keep them for less. Once both of those periods have passed, we manually delete the record and every copy we keep of it, including the notification emails.
- We never add registration details to mailing lists, analytics, or advertising audiences. Our analytics tools only record that a registration form was started or completed, and which format check stopped a submission (for example, “ZIP code format”). They never see what you typed.
- The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, in invisible mode, to block spam. Turnstile checks signals from your browser to tell people from bots; it doesn’t show you a puzzle. Cloudflare processes this data under its Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
2. Contact and Support form
The Support page asks for your name, country, email, and message.
- Your message is stored in our website’s database by our form plugin (Fluent Forms), and only site administrators can access it. We’ve turned off IP address logging for these entries.
- A copy is emailed to our mailbox, info@shopwandery.com, through the outgoing mail service our website uses.
- The form uses a hidden spam trap and Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 1).
- We use it only to answer you.
- We keep support messages for as long as the product is sold and may still be in use. After that, we delete them manually from our website and our mailbox. Older copies may stay in our website backups until those backups are deleted.
- Our analytics tools only record that the form was started or sent, and which format check stopped a submission, never what you typed.
3. Analytics and cookies
We use these tools. Each loads from its provider’s servers.
| Tool | Provider | What it does | Cookies it sets |
|---|---|---|---|
| Google Tag Manager | Google LLC | Loads the tools below. It doesn’t collect analytics itself. | none of its own |
| Google Analytics 4 | Google LLC | Counts visits and pages, where visitors come from (e.g. a search engine or a social post), device and browser type, approximate location (city or region level), and the actions listed below | _ga, _ga_<id> (first-party analytics cookies) |
| Microsoft Clarity | Microsoft Corporation | Heatmaps and session replays of our pages other than Product Registration and Support: how each page was scrolled and clicked. Clarity runs in “Strict” masking mode, so page text and anything typed are hidden before data leaves your browser. Clarity isn’t loaded on the Product Registration or Support pages, or on any page when your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal. | _clck, _clsk (first-party) |
Actions we measure: clicks on “Buy on Amazon” buttons (which product, size, color, and which part of the page), how far you scroll, which sections you view, which FAQ questions you open, how you use the size guide, fit tool and other interactive illustrations (for example, the width range you chose or which room or size you picked, not an exact figure tied to you), clicks to other websites, which installation manual you download, “page not found” errors, and whether a form was started, stopped by a format check (which check, never what you typed), or completed.
What we don’t do:
- We don’t collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers through analytics, and we strip them from page addresses before they reach Google Analytics.
- We don’t use Google Signals or advertising features, and we don’t build advertising audiences from site visits.
- We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Fonts: the site’s fonts load from Google Fonts, so your browser requests them from Google’s servers.
IP addresses: these providers receive your IP address when your browser loads their tools, and use it, for example, to estimate your approximate location. Google states that Google Analytics uses it to derive location and then discards it.
Retention: Google Analytics keeps user-level and event-level data for 14 months. This limit doesn’t apply to Google’s standard aggregated reports (such as total visits per page), which may be kept longer. Microsoft Clarity keeps session recordings for 30 days. It keeps heatmap and click data, recordings that are labeled or marked as favorites, and a random sample of recordings for up to 9 months, then deletes them.
Your choices: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).
Global Privacy Control: we honor it. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, Microsoft Clarity doesn’t load, so no session replay or heatmap data is collected on your visit. Google Analytics still counts your visit, the pages you view, and the actions listed above, such as “Buy on Amazon” clicks, but we tell it not to use Google Signals or ad personalization for that visit. Those features are already off for every visitor (see “What we don’t do” above).
Provider privacy policies: Google, Microsoft, Cloudflare.
4. Links to Amazon (Amazon Attribution)
Our “Buy on Amazon” links include Amazon Attribution tags. These are codes in the link that tell Amazon the click came from our website and which button was used. Amazon then gives us combined, anonymous reports (for example, how many product-page views, add-to-carts, and purchases came from our site within 14 days). We never receive your name, address, or order details. After you click through, Amazon’s Privacy Notice (amazon.com/privacy) applies. Amazon may also give us a referral bonus on sales our site sends to Amazon.
5. Children
This site is for adults shopping for their homes. It isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect information from children. The product is a gate for homes with young children. Registering it collects the adult purchaser’s details only.
6. Security
We limit access to registration and support information to the people who need it, use HTTPS across the site, and keep form entries out of analytics. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email info@shopwandery.com and tell us what you’d like us to do.
Product registrations: federal rules require us to keep registration records for at least 6 years after the product’s date of manufacture (16 CFR 1130.8(c)), so we can’t delete a registration before then. If you ask to opt out, we keep the record because federal rules require it, and we’ll contact you only if there’s a safety alert or recall for your product. We manually delete the record and its email copies once the retention period in section 1 has passed.
Support messages: if you ask us to delete a support message, we delete it manually from our website and our mailbox, email you once to confirm, and don’t contact you about it again. A copy may stay in our website backups until those backups are deleted.
8. Changes
We’ll update this page if our practices change, and we’ll change the “Last updated” date.
